Institutional Preamble

We, the contributors and custodians associated with AMview, recognizing the importance of constitutional values, lawful governance, informed citizenship and public accountability, adopt this Institutional Preamble as the foundational expression of the identity, purpose and ethical direction of this initiative.

We affirm that knowledge is essential for meaningful participation in a democratic society, that transparency must be supported by documentation, that accountability must be supported by evidence, and that public institutions are strengthened when citizens engage with responsibility, reason and respect for law.

AMview is conceived as an independent, evidence-oriented and knowledge-based institutional initiative dedicated to legal intelligence, governance analysis, social audit, institutional research and public-interest documentation.

Its purpose is to contribute to a culture of lawful understanding, responsible participation, transparent governance and constructive institutional dialogue.

We commit ourselves to the principles of:

We further affirm that AMview shall maintain a non-partisan institutional character and shall strive to ensure that its research, analysis, documentation and public communication are guided by good faith, intellectual honesty and lawful process.

This Preamble does not claim institutional perfection; rather, it expresses an institutional aspiration—to continuously improve the quality of understanding, documentation, analysis and public engagement in matters relating to law, governance and accountability.

In adopting this Preamble, AMview declares its commitment to transforming evidence into accountability and knowledge into public trust.

संस्थागत प्रस्तावना

हम, AMview से जुड़े योगदानकर्ता एवं संरक्षक, संवैधानिक मूल्यों, विधिसम्मत शासन, जागरूक नागरिकता एवं सार्वजनिक जवाबदेही के महत्व को स्वीकार करते हुए, इस संस्थागत प्रस्तावना को इस पहल की पहचान, उद्देश्य और नैतिक दिशा की आधारभूत अभिव्यक्ति के रूप में अंगीकृत करते हैं।

हम यह मानते हैं कि लोकतांत्रिक समाज में सार्थक सहभागिता के लिए ज्ञान आवश्यक है; पारदर्शिता दस्तावेज़ों से समर्थित होनी चाहिए; जवाबदेही साक्ष्य पर आधारित होनी चाहिए; और सार्वजनिक संस्थाएँ तब सुदृढ़ होती हैं जब नागरिक उत्तरदायित्व, तर्क और विधि के सम्मान के साथ सहभागिता करते हैं।

AMview की परिकल्पना एक स्वतंत्र, साक्ष्य-आधारित और ज्ञान-केंद्रित संस्थागत पहल के रूप में की गई है, जो विधिक विश्लेषण, सुशासन अध्ययन, सामाजिक संपरीक्षा, संस्थागत अनुसंधान और जनहित दस्तावेज़ीकरण को समर्पित है।

इसका उद्देश्य विधिसम्मत समझ, उत्तरदायी सहभागिता, पारदर्शी शासन और रचनात्मक संस्थागत संवाद की संस्कृति को सुदृढ़ करने में योगदान देना है।

हम निम्न सिद्धांतों के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त करते हैं:

हम यह भी घोषित करते हैं कि AMview एक गैर-पक्षपातपूर्ण संस्थागत चरित्र बनाए रखेगा तथा यह सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास करेगा कि उसका शोध, विश्लेषण, दस्तावेज़ीकरण और सार्वजनिक संवाद सद्भावना, बौद्धिक ईमानदारी और विधिसम्मत प्रक्रिया से निर्देशित हो।

यह प्रस्तावना संस्थागत पूर्णता का दावा नहीं करती; बल्कि यह एक संस्थागत आकांक्षा को व्यक्त करती है—कि विधि, सुशासन और जवाबदेही से संबंधित विषयों में समझ, दस्तावेज़ीकरण, विश्लेषण और जनसहभागिता की गुणवत्ता को निरंतर बेहतर बनाया जाए।

इस प्रस्तावना को अंगीकृत करते हुए AMview यह घोषणा करता है कि वह साक्ष्य को जवाबदेही में और ज्ञान को जनविश्वास में रूपांतरित करने के अपने संकल्प के प्रति प्रतिबद्ध है।
