Why AMview Was Conceived

The idea of AMview emerged from practical experiences in legal drafting, public-interest documentation and governance-related analysis. It was observed that many citizens face significant difficulties in understanding legal procedures, administrative records and accountability mechanisms.

AMview has been conceived to bridge this gap by presenting legal and governance-related information in a structured, accessible and responsible manner.

AMview की स्थापना क्यों ?

AMview की अवधारणा विधिक प्रारूपण, जनहित दस्तावेज़ीकरण तथा शासन-संबंधी विश्लेषण के व्यावहारिक अनुभवों से विकसित हुई। यह अनुभव हुआ कि अनेक नागरिकों को विधिक प्रक्रियाओं, प्रशासनिक अभिलेखों और जवाबदेही तंत्र को समझने में गंभीर कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है।

इसी अंतर को कम करने के लिए AMview की परिकल्पना की गई, ताकि विधि और सुशासन से संबंधित जानकारी को संरचित, सरल, उत्तरदायी और उपयोगी रूप में प्रस्तुत किया जा सके।
